When you were in high school what was something you wish you had?

Did you have a mentor?

Did you have a good community of friends?

Were your conversations future-focused & purpose-driven?

Our Board of Directors

We provide an alternative route for young women to pursue their dreams in business by encouraging mentorship & cultivating conversations around entrepreneurship.

Building Community

She Means Business continues to grow a strong community for young women.  As an organization, we support young women 16-20 years of age who not only dream about being in business but who actually start their businesses. We believe that a woman’s place is in entrepreneurship. She Means Business will provide mentorship and coaching for young women who are serious about turning their dreams into reality.

When you donate to SMB, you are helping fund the next generation of women-owned businesses.

We are gearing up to plan a 6-month leadership program that any woman from 18-20 can apply for. We will provide community relations, networking, & business logistic coaching to help then build your business from the ground up as well as financial literacy training to maintain a profitable business.

She Means Business highlights women’s stories and normalizes business ownership through Speaker Series Events & our Campus Outreach Program.

Hear from women in your community doing the dang thing! It’s time we not only support, but believe that a woman’s place truly is in business. She Means Business  provides mentorship & coaching for young women that are serious about turning their dream into a reality. We support our local High School & College campuses in our Campus Outreach program where we cultivate conversations about entrepreneurship, leadership, & business development.
